PT Chosen Mitra Abadi is a manufacturing fashion retail company produces Bocorocco as fashion brand that offers footwear revolution. Bocorocco has more than 60 counters throughout Indonesia with 7 Luxury Boutiques in Gandaria City Mall, Pondok Indah Mall 1, Mall @Alam Sutera, Grand Outlet Karawang, Puri Indah Mall 2, Bintaro Jaya XChange Mall, Hejo Mall Bandung. Now, Bocorocco is Official Footwear Partner of Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) and Indonesian National Football Team. Pendapatan mencapai 2 DIGIT (Gaji UMK Setempat + Komisi UNLIMITED) Kualifikasi: Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK Sederajat semua jurusan. Berpengalaman 1-2 tahun bekerja sebagai Sales Retail Fashion (diutamakan). Memahami proses penjualan dan terbiasa dengan target penjualan besar. Memiliki daya juang tinggi, proaktif, disiplin dan siap menghadapi tekanan di lapangan. Memiliki kemampuan persuasif dan interpersonal skill yang tinggi. Bersedia ditempatkan atau mutasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan peraturan perusahaan. Mampu menjadi representasi Bocorocco dan tidak memiliki tato besar. Bersedia bekerja Reguler, Event, & Perbantuan. Bersedia Penempatan Butik & Department Store Jabodetabek dan Non-Jabodetabek. Bersedia mendapatkan upah UMK penempatan area kerja dan penyesuaian salary selama 3 bulan pertama. Tanggung Jawab: Mencapai atau melebihi target penjualan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Melakukan excellence service dalam membantu pelanggan, mulai dari kontak awal hingga proses penjualan, termasuk didalamnya menjelaskan keunggulan produk yaitu PCT (Pillow Concept Technology), manfaat dan harga, serta menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan. Menerima keluhan pelanggan yang masuk, serta menjawab pertanyaan dan menjalin relasi dengan pelanggan setelah adanya proses penjualan (after selling). Mempelajari product knowledge dan update program penjualan baik dari Bocorocco maupun Departement Store. Mengelola persediaan stok produk di counter masing-masing dan melakukan stock opname. Menjaga area penjualan yang bersih dan mengikuti SOP Departement Store atau Butik. Melakukan update informasi penjualan yang akurat dan terkini sesuai dengan SOP.
