SALES SPECIALIST - WEAR PLATE Qualification - Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is preferred. - At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the steel, industrial materials, coil, plate, wear plate, or related industries. - Experience in selling Wear Plate (abrasion-resistant steel plate) will be an advantage. - Possessing an existing customer network within manufacturing, construction, mining, fabrication, heavy equipment, or shipyard industries is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of steel products and industrial sales processes. - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. - Target-oriented, proactive, and equipped with strong problem-solving abilities. - Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in preparing sales reports. - Willing to travel and conduct customer visits as required.
