• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field). • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or industrial products (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered). • Strong technical understanding of engineering products, systems, or industrial solutions. • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Customer-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits. • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
