What you’ll do: As part of our Corporate Tax team, you'll get hands-on experience advising leading local and multinational companies on: ✅ Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) ✅ Corporate Restructuring ✅ Cross-Border Transactions ✅ IPOs & Capital Market Transactions ✅ Tax Due Diligence ✅ Tax Incentives & Strategic Tax Planning ✅ Tax Compliance and Tax Disputes ✅ Regional & Global Projects You'll work closely with clients and colleagues across different industries, helping businesses navigate complex tax challenges while creating real value.
