The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager with deep expertise in plastic compounding, polymers or advanced materials to build and lead our end-to-end supply chain. This is a highly strategic, hands-on leadership role where you will develop the systems, supplier network and operational processes that will support our commercial growth and the launch of our manufacturing operations in Indonesia. You will work closely with our leadership team, R&D, Material Production and Finance to ensure the seamless flow of materials from suppliers through production and into customers worldwide. What You'll Do Lead the end-to-end supply chain across procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing and international logistics. Manage the sourcing of recycled polymers, additives, fillers, masterbatches, pigments and other raw materials used in plastic compounding. Build strategic relationships with suppliers, compounders, contract manufacturers and logistics partners across Asia and internationally. Develop sourcing strategies that improve resilience, quality, cost competitiveness and sustainability. Coordinate purchasing and material planning to ensure uninterrupted production. Work closely with Production and R&D teams to support formulation scale-up, manufacturing planning and new product introductions. Establish supplier performance management, quality assurance and continuous improvement programs. Implement inventory control systems, traceability processes and material planning methodologies. Oversee inbound and outbound international logistics, customs and warehouse operations. Monitor Bills of Materials (BOMs), inventory movements, supply chain costs and COGS to support financial reporting. Define supply chain requirements for our new manufacturing facility in Tangerang, including warehouse flows, inventory systems, operational SOPs and logistics processes. Build scalable supply chain processes that support REGENESIS' international growth. What We're Looking For Significant experience leading supply chain operations within plastic compounding, polymers, specialty chemicals or advanced materials. Strong understanding of polymer compounds, additives, engineered plastics and manufacturing processes. Experience managing procurement, production planning, inventory, quality and international logistics. Proven success working with contract manufacturers and global supplier networks. Strong commercial negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. Experience implementing ERP, inventory management or supply chain planning systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related discipline. Professional English is required. Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable. Candidates with experience at companies such as BASF, Covestro, Avient, SABIC, Toray, Celanese, LyondellBasell, RTP Company or similar organizations are highly encouraged to apply.
