MAIN PURPOSE Social commerce is transforming the digital retail landscape, with platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and other livestreaming & affiliate networks playing a crucial role in e-commerce growth. TikTok Shop has emerged as a key e-commerce driver, while Shopee continues to lead in livestream shopping and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We are looking for a creative, digital, social, and commerce-savvy individual to join Shiseido Indonesia as a Social Commerce Officer, responsible for leading multi-platform livestreaming and affiliate strategy across TikTok, Shopee, and other emerging e-commerce platforms. Your role will be essential in expanding, managing, and optimizing these platforms to ensure commercial objectives such as GMV growth, engagement, conversion rates, and user acquisition are met across Shiseido’s beauty brand portfolio. This position offers exposure to strategic marketing, analytics, stakeholder management, and creative execution. You will gain hands-on experience in content marketing, brand building, digital commerce, and project execution across multiple social commerce platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Social Commerce Strategy & Execution Assist Ecommerce manager to translate insight into platform-specific strategies for TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, affiliate marketing, and other emerging platforms to maximize sales and engagement. Optimize the product assortment and commercial mix for each platform by analysing market trends and consumer shopping behavior. Monitor data to create insight to support business productivity. Livestreaming & Content Creation Strengthen livestreaming capabilities across TikTok and Shopee by enhancing branded content, influencer collaborations, and interactive shopping experiences. Monitor the quality of host and the livestreaming based on the brand DNA. Coordinate the development and execution of Live Shopping events and thematic livestream campaigns, tracking performance metrics for continued improvement. Affiliate & Creator Engagement Monitor high-quality creators and affiliates for TikTok, Shopee, and other networks. Assist Ecommerce Manager define growth strategies for Affiliate & Creator Communities. Work with TSP to build relationships with affiliate networks, TikTok Shop partners, and Shopee enabler agencies for optimal results. Operational & Collaboration Work closely with brand and marketing teams to support social commerce performance. Manage third-party service providers (TSPs) and relevant agencies for platform execution and innovation. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field. Strong understanding of social commerce across TikTok, Shopee, and affiliate platforms. Ability to create engaging social commerce content when necessary. Strong communication skills for guiding live streamers, creators, and affiliates. Strategic mindset with an ability to analyze data and translate insights into growth opportunities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly dynamic e-commerce environment. Collaborative skills to manage multi-stakeholder projects across different teams and platforms. Passion for beauty trends, innovation, and digital marketing. Proficiency in English and Indonesian, with strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a contract-based position for 6 months.
