Key Responsibilities: - Capture high-quality photo and video content throughout the gym — training sessions, classes, events, and fight nights. - Produce engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok. - Edit content quickly while maintaining a premium visual standard. - Conduct confident on-camera interviews with members, coaches, and professional athletes. - Identify trending formats, audio, hooks, and storytelling techniques to maximize engagement. - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute weekly content plans. - Be proactive in suggesting new content ideas — not just waiting for direction. Requirements: - Must currently reside in Bali. - Proven experience creating high-performing social media content. - Strong videography and editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar). - Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok best practices. - Strong knowledge of current digital trends and platform algorithms. - Ability to interpret performance data and improve future content accordingly. - Confident communication and interviewing skills. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced gym environment.
