Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Position: Staff PIB Placement : Karawang 🔹 Key Responsibilities Independently handle PIB (Import Declaration) and PEB (Export Declaration) processes and ensure timely submission. Review and verify import documents for customs clearance. Coordinate with Bea Cukai, PPJK, freight forwarders, and other relevant parties. Ensure accurate HS Code classification and import duty calculations. Monitor import shipment clearance status and resolve customs-related issues. Support customs audits and compliance activities. Coordinate closely with the Factory and TVS SCS Team. Maintain accurate customs documentation and prepare periodic reports. Ensure all activities comply with Indonesian customs regulations and company requirements. 🔹 Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Customs Clearance, Import-Export, Freight Forwarding, or PPJK. Strong knowledge of PIB processes, HS Code classification, and Indonesian customs regulations. Hands-on experience coordinating directly with Bea Cukai. Familiar with CEISA and customs documentation. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Willing to work full-time in Karawang, Monday–Friday.
