Responsibilities: - Manage and ensure completeness of sales administration documents in accordance with company SOP. - Review and validate documents before further processing. - Ensure proper document control, filing systems, and easy document traceability. - Coordinate administrative activities between Sales, Finance, Logistic, Project, and related departments. - Monitor follow-up actions from meetings and ensure completion within agreed timelines. - Monitor project administration activities to support business requirements and deadlines. - Ensure accuracy and reliability of operational databases. - Prepare administrative reports, data analysis, and business insights for management. - Control daily administrative operations and ensure service levels are achieved. - Identify process issues and develop improvements for workflow, SOP, and operational efficiency. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales administration, business administration, or related areas. - Experience in leading or coordinating an administrative. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, - VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and basic dashboard creation). - Familiar with sales administration processes. - Good command of written and spoken English.
