Utilize tools to refine commercial forecasts with distributors and channels. Convert demand plans into supply plans, managing daily supplies to minimize waste. Review production and storage capacities to handle fluctuating demand. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and plant teams to achieve targets. Manage demand review meetings within the S&OP process. Oversee phase-in-phase-out (PIPO) to ensure product availability and minimize waste. Develop and review team performance through coaching and mentoring. Foster a collaborative and synergistic corporate culture. Does it match your criteria? Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Statistic. 6-8 Years in Demand & Supply Planning Field, proven 3 years in managerial level. Experienced in FMCG Industry.
