WE ARE HIRING TEACHERS About the Role Varikas Mestari Intercultural School is looking for passionate and open-minded teachers who believe that meaningful learning goes beyond delivering content. We seek educators who can inspire curiosity, nurture character, and help students become confident, thoughtful, and responsible learners. The successful candidate will join a collaborative learning community and contribute to the school’s journey in implementing internationally minded and inquiry-driven education. Requirements 1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area. 2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 3. Fluent in spoken and written English. 4. Strong communication and collaboration skills. 5. Passionate about teaching and committed to students’ holistic development. 6. Open-minded, reflective, adaptable, and willing to continue learning. 7. Able to work effectively as part of a professional teaching team. 8. Comfortable using technology to support teaching and learning. 9. Experience in an international or IB school is an advantage, but not required.
