Ensure process adherence and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with other departments to improve collection process and strategies. Requirements Minimum diploma graduates. Proven experience in collections or a similar leadership role min. 3 years. Strong understanding of collections processes and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
