Job Description Handle customer complaints regarding products. Analyze and resolve issues that occur for customers, providing appropriate solutions. Support marketing events and sales activities. Assist sales with the distribution and equalization of flour products. Innovate with recipes and new applications for flour-based products. Requirements Minimum education: D3 in Culinary Arts, Tourism, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in marketing and sales events, product training, and demonstrations of flour products. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent team coordination abilities, and demonstrated leadership qualities. Effective customer service, negotiation, and communication skills, with proficiency in English preferred. In-depth knowledge of flour products and their applications. Comprehensive understanding of the flour business and distribution processes.
