Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Teknisi All Role bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan proses perawatan, perbaikan, dan pengecekan fasilitas operasional di unit/property Rukita agar seluruh fasilitas dapat berjalan dengan baik, aman, dan nyaman untuk penghuni. Tanggung Jawab: - Melakukan pekerjaan maintenance dan perbaikan di area listrik, plumbing, AC, Sipil, dan pekerjaan teknis lainnya - Melakukan proses pengecekan rutin terhadap fasilitas dan peralatan operasional - Melakukan proses instalasi, perbaikan, dan perawatan fasilitas gedung/property - Bersedia bekerja mobile ke unit-unit yang berbeda Kualifikasi: - Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat, diutamakan jurusan Teknik - Memiliki minat di bidang teknisi/maintenance - Memiliki 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai teknisi - Rajin, cekatan, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim - Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (motor) dan SIM C aktif - Bersedia bekerja lapangan dan mobile
