About the role PT Pestindo Central Optima (PCO) is seeking an experienced Pest Control Technician to join our team. The role involves executing pest control and management services in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures. Key responsibilities : -Execute pest control and management work according to PCO Standard Operating Procedures -Provide customer service according to schedule and company service standards -Conduct pest inspections and control in customer areas -Use materials, equipment, and personal protective equipment according to occupational safety procedures -Maintain and care for work equipment and personal protective equipment to ensure good condition -Prepare complete and timely work reports Qualification : -Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent -Minimum 1 year experience in Pest Control (valued) -Fast learner and willing to learn new things -Enjoys fieldwork and challenges -Service oriented -Disciplined, responsible, and able to follow company procedures Benefits : -BPJS Health and Employment Insurance -Holiday Allowance (THR) -Training and skills development
