💼 Job Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective and existing customers regarding car insurance products. - Promote and sell all DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) products in accordance with company sales guidelines. - Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain consistent sales performance. - Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, benefits, terms, and conditions to customers. - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products based on their requirements. - Follow up with prospective customers to support conversion and improve sales results. 📌 Qualifications - Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major. - MUST HAVE experience as a Telesales professional in an car insurance company. - Proven ability to sell insurance products, preferably motor vehicle insurance. - Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. - Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure to achieve monthly sales goals. - Able to build positive customer relationships and handle customer inquiries professionally.
