Main Respons ibilitiesPlacement in Batam (Kepul uan Riau)Studies technical Drawings or specifications and visualizes shape of die, part , or toolVerifies dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts, using measuring instruments, such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial in dicators.Operates various tool room machining equipment’s (Like Surface grinding, Milling, Drilling)Minimum 3 Years of tool making tool making ex perience.Assemble and troubleshoot ing skillUpdating Jo b Sheets.Contribute concepts and ideas for tool imp rovement.Follow-up on the tooling improvement a ctivitiesUpdate spare record and maintain spare base d on MPS.Hous ekeeping.Aware safety requirements for the trouble shooting /Tool assembly and operate machines.Perform any other duties as assigned by Superviso r/leader. Qualifications &a mp; SkillsDiploma in Tool& die or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or technical training on tooling (Tool & Die) / Professional certificate or e quivalent.Minimum 5 years of related experienceMust be able to interpret technica l drawing.Must be able to read customer drawing /internal drawing for stamp parts with machinin g process.Attend to internal meeting for technical discussion or improve ment study
