Job Descriptions : •⁠ ⁠Deliver friendly, solution-focused service to ensure customer satisfaction •⁠ ⁠Provide clear product information, respond to inquiries, and offer tailored recommendations •⁠ ⁠Process transactions at POS accurately (cash, card payments, and returns) •⁠ ⁠Receive, unpack, and arrange new inventory according to procedures •⁠ ⁠Organise shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store environment clean and tidy •⁠ ⁠Meet individual and team performance targets based on service standards Qualifications : •⁠ ⁠Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00 (preferred) •⁠ ⁠Fresh graduates are welcome to apply •⁠ ⁠Maximum 1 year of work experience, preferably in fashion retail •⁠ ⁠Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and strong attention to detail •⁠ ⁠Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment •⁠ ⁠Willing to be relocated and assigned to different store locations as needed
