Job Desc : - Cek Schedule Inbound Supplier on D-1 - Print data PO based on schedule inbound supplier and share to Field Support Specialist - Update inbound time slot based on actual supplier arrival - Check document inbound and execute “ Goods Received (GR)” on Odoo based on actual goods receive from supplier - Create “Berita Acara” for all non confirmed receive product (damage, unmatch grab standard quality, wrong product, etc) - Check Internal Transfer to store on Odoo and calculate quantity to pick up with origins carton and breakbulk - Create and Print Picking List - Validate Internal Transfer to Store on Odoo based on actual quantity loading to Truck - Create Delivery Note and ensure driver signed before departure from warehouse - Coordinate and monitor with 3PL vendor for truck standby for loading - Validate number of carton, basket and styrofoam loading to each truck and input to delivery tracker. - Monitor delivery process and coordinate with store team for truck arrival and unloading at store - Coordinate with store team for non confirmed receiving in store (damage, less/more product, wrong product, etc) and process on Odoo if needed) - Validate “Berita Acara Return” vs actual physical receive in CWH. - Report to team leader to validate quality of return product - Create Return product from store on Odoo and inform Field Support Specialist to put away product to racking - Print count sheet for daily cycle count - Input cycle count result into count sheet - Release count sheet for 2nd count (if needed) - Input 2nd count results Requirements : - 1 - 2 Years Experience in warehouse operational. FMCG is an advantage - Understand Inbound and Outbound Process - Have experience to operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) - You have strong knowledge to work with Google Sheet / MS Excel, Google Doc - Have experience using Odoo WMS is an advantage - Able to work in shift Schedule (3 shift - 6 days work and 1 day Off per week) 📌Placement : Jakarta 📩 Please submit your CV in English.
